Digital Products
- All Sales are Final: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales for these items on FitDominium are final. Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or received, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, e-books, digital courses, downloadable videos, online content, and digital training programs.
- Technical Issues: In the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading our digital products, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to assist and resolve the issue for you. However, technical challenges on the user’s side, such as internet connectivity issues or device compatibility, are not grounds for a refund.
Physical Products
- Returns & Refunds: If you purchase a physical product from FitDominium and are not satisfied, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement. We may ask for photos or other evidence to verify the condition of the item.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, FitDominium will cover return shipping.
