This is among the first bars in our arsenal to feature our advanced polymer-ceramic composite coating—an extremely robust finish used widely in the gun industry for its durability in thin applications. Available in a range of custom-color options with exclusive Rogue branding, this model is a genuine game changer.
From garage gyms to the annual CrossFit Games, the Rogue Bella Bar has been a staple of women’s training and competition for years. The Cerakote Finish version carries over many of the key design elements of the standard Bella Bar 2.0, including a 190,000 PSI tensile strength shaft (same as our flagship 15KG Ohio Bar), a hybrid knurling pattern for a firm but non-abrasive grip, and quality bronze bushings for a perfect balance of rigidity and natural whip.

“Bought and used about a month. I lift frequently and regularly for 20 years. Love the whip, makes such a difference! The color is nice although there is a bit of deterioration from the rack. The knurling could be a lot smoother. Hands are sore dispite calluses, but I’ll get used to it…I hope. Over all she is pretty great!”
“Just started using this bar and I noticed a little glob of paint by the logo, so I poked at it and it chipped off. It’s not a the biggest deal but poor paint job.
I guess id recommend just get a bar without paint if it’s going to start coming off.”
“Let’s start with the positive. It spins great. Much better than any other bar in my gym. however. The pain points are the fact that the threading makes it really hard to get weights on and off. Any kind of workout that requires a quick change is impossible to use this bar for. Also, it must be the paint job or something but every time I touch the bar my hands turn black and it leaves black fingerprints all over the bar afterwards. I don’t know why does this, but it’s kind of frustrating after spending all of this money on a bar at this caliber.”
